Abstracts
The Scientific Advisory Committee of the 8th Asian & Oceanian Epilepsy Congress (AOEC) encourages all researchers and practitioners to consider contributing to the programme by submitting abstracts for poster or platform presentation.
The deadline for submission is Friday
11th June 2010.
Abstracts – Instructions
To use the abstract submission system you must first register as a user. An advance payment of US$ 40 must be processed in order for abstracts to be accepted for review. The advance fee will be automatically deducted from the registration fee.Step 1:

System will require you to provide your contact details. Please
note that the fields marked with an asterisk (*) are compulsory.
Please make sure you enter your email address correctly, since
your payment confirmation and link to submit your abstract will
be sent to you by email.
Step 2:
Complete your US$ 40 Abstract Submission Fee Payment. The advance
fee will be automatically deducted from the registration fee.
Step 3:
You will receive an email with confirmation of your payment details.
This email also contains a link which you must follow to submit
your abstract. Abstract submitters should ensure that the version
sent is the final one, changes will not be permitted. Abstracts
must be submitted before Friday 11th June 2010.
Step 4:
Once you have submitted your abstract you will receive a confirmation
email. Authors will be notified in writing in July 2010 whether
or not their abstract has been approved by the Scientific Advisory
Committee (SAC). The decision of the SAC is final and no correspondence
will be entered into. At this time you will be sent a link
in order to complete your registration.
