| Dr. Simon Harvey is a pediatric neurologist and
epileptologist with
special interests in EEG, neuroimaging and epilepsy surgery, having
published widely in these fields. He is Director of the Children’s Epilepsy Program in the Children's Neuroscience Centre at the Royal Children's Hospital, Melbourne, Australia. He is the current President of the Epilepsy Society of Australia and was the Secretary of the ILAE Commission on Asian and Oceanian Affairs and the Asian Epilepsy Academy between 2000 and 2007. Dr Harvey has helped organize several epilepsy conferences in Australia and Asia, and is Co-Chair of the 8th Asian-Oceanian Epilepsy Congress to be held in Melbourne in 2010. |
