Registration procedure
- The only form of payment accepted through the on-line registration system is credit card (Visa or MasterCard). For American Express payments, please contact registration@epilepsycongress.org
- Invoices are automatically generated by email confirmation through the on-line system for each registration made. If you register more than one delegate through the on-line system and you need an invoice for the amount paid, you will be provided with one for every delegate you register.
To register more than one delegate:
- If you are a sponsor or an agency and wish to register ten or more delegates, you will be registered as a Group. Please visit the Group registration page
- If you are a sponsor or an agency, and wish to register less than ten delegates, you must register them individually providing each delegate’s full postal and email address. This information is required for security and insurance regulations. Registrations submitted with companies’ or agencies’ contact details will not be processed until delegates’ details are provided. Please contact registration@epilepscongress.org
- Agencies registering delegates on behalf of any member of the pharmaceutical industry will be requested to provide the name and country of the sponsoring company. This information will be used for reporting and statistical purposes.

*All delegates applying for Trainee Registration must provide a
letter from their Head of the Department confirming their trainee

** All delegates applying for Special Subsidised Registration
must fax a clear copy of their passport to the Congress Secretariat at
+353 1 205 6156. Alternatively a scanned copy of the passport can be
sent to registration@epilepsycongress.org
The Subsidised Registration Rate is available to nationals of the
following countries as defined by the World Bank’s category of ‘Low
Income Countries’: Afghanistan,
Bangladesh, Benin, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cambodia, Central African
Republic, Chad, Comoros, Congo Dem. Rep., Eritrea, Ethiopia, Gambia
The, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Kenya, Korea Dem. Rep.,
Kyrgyz Republic, Lao PDR, Liberia, Madagascar, Malawi, Mali,
Mauritania, Mozambique, Myanmar, Nepal, Niger, Rwanda, Senegal, Sierra
Leone, Somalia, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Togo, Uganda, Uzbekistan,
Vietnam, Yemen Rep., Zambia, Zimbabwe.
Change of delegates’ names will be subject to a surcharge of US$ 40 after 27th August 2010.

This full day tour costs US$110 inclusive of lunch. Please note that this tour is subject to a minimum of 20 participants. Should the tour be cancelled due to insufficient numbers, you will receive a full refund for the tour and be offered a sightseeing tour of Melbourne instead.

Name changes
- Any name changes made after 27th August 2010 will be subject to a surcharge of US$40. This surcharge is not refundable at any time.
- Please send your requests for name changes to registration@epilepsycongress.org
- Name changes should be clearly explained, detailing who is the delegate you wish to replace and providing full details for the new delegate you want to register (name, postal address and e-mail address).
- Any name changes received after 8th October 2010 will be handled on-site.
Cancellations/refunds
Cancellations will only be processed upon receipt of written notification. Currency exchanges are the responsibility of the registrant and the Congress Secretariat will accept no liability for money loss through bank charges, transfers or currency fluctuations. Registration forms not accompanied by the appropriate payments will not be honoured until full payment is received. Refunds will be settled within one month of the congress, in order to facilitate necessary organisational and logistic procedures.
Cancellation of registration fees is as follows:

| On or before 10th September 2010 | Registration fees refunded, less 60% |

The name change fee (US$40.00 after 27th August 2010) is not refundable at any time

Payment options
Payments are only accepted in US$. Payment can be provided by credit card, bank draft or bank transfer.

BY BANK TRANSFER:
- Please contact registration@epilepsycongress.org for a bank transfer registration form.
- The registration form has the complete bank details of how to make a transfer payment for registration.registration@epilepsycongress.org
- All charges due on the bank transfer must be paid by the participant and a copy of the bank transfer receipt must be attached to the registration form and returned to the registration@epilepsycongress.org or by fax to +353 1 205 6156.
BY BANK DRAFT:
- Please contact registration@epilepsycongress.org for a bank draft registration form.
- The Bank Draft in US$ should be made payable to 8th AOEC 2010, and must be issued by a bank in US Dollars.
